My name is Kristin Hamlin! I am a third grade teacher here at Kate Shepard. 

I grew up in Mobile where I attended Murphy High School. I received my undergrate degree from the University of South Alabama and my graduate degree from Sping Hill College. This will be my 12th year teaching. I started my teaching career at Gilliard Elementary where I taught 4th grade for 7 years. I then moved to Kate Shepard and have taught 3rd grade. This will be my 5th year at Kate Shepard.

I have been married to my husband, Adam, for 7 years and together we have 5 kids. Twins, Madison and Mason, are 13, John Blair is 15, and we have another set of twins, Thomas and Louise, who will be 1 in September.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going out on the water, and working out! 

I am excited to see what this year has in store for us!
